Salvador de Angela

Salvador de Angela was born in Madrid, Spain into a gypsy family. He was raised in Cano Roto, known as one of the most “Flamenco” towns of Madrid. Influenced by this art form from early childhood, he started to sing at a very young age in “Fiestas” with family and friends.

Mr. de Angela received his vocal training at the Flamenco Academy of Art, Amor de Dios, internationally known as a major Flamenco center. He performed as a singer in tablaos (Flamencos clubs) in Madrid, Valencia, Murcia and Malaga as well as in many tablaos and theatres in Miami, Florida.

Salvador de Angela has the purity of the gypsy style and the “duende”, or soul, of the authentic art of Flamenco.
